What kinds of roles are available at WildFront?
We hire for a variety of positions including wilderness instructors, gear and logistics crew, media production staff, admin support, and creative contributors. Some roles are seasonal, others are ongoing.
Do I need outdoor experience to apply?
For field roles, yes—experience in wilderness safety, survival, or backcountry travel is key. But for support or creative roles, we value skill, passion, and alignment with our mission just as much.
Are there remote or part-time opportunities?
Yes. Some positions, especially in content creation or admin, can be done remotely or part-time. Others, like guiding or gear logistics, are location-based and seasonal.
